I want to introduce you to my new favourite thing in the world. It’s deliciously sweet, wonderfully creamy, goes well with pretty much everything (as well as on its own!) and it’s even pretty good for you. That’s right – it’s coconut butter! I’d seen coconut oil on sale in my local supermarket for a couple of months, but the super-high price tag meant I’d never actually jumped into the deep end and bought a jar of the stuff.
