You know what I’m really getting into? Mocktails. I’m not drinking them instead of regular cocktails (like that would ever happen!) but I’m drinking them throughout the day as a way of livening up the ordinary still water that I usually drink. And whilst I’d always opt for the alcoholic version if it’s a weekend, a non alcoholic strawberry mojito is awesome to sip at my desk during the working week.
Drum roll please – this is the very first mocktail recipe I’ve ever posted on Pink Recipe Box! Like I said last week, I’m still on a bit of an alcohol detox, so instead of sharing my customary cocktail recipe with you this Friday, I thought I’d share a healthier lower-calorie virgin mojito recipe that’s just as good as the original.
