Super Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Breakfast Cake

You asked and I delivered! This Healthy Deep Dish Breakfast Cookie has been one of the most popular recipes on my blog since I first published it almost three years ago, but there was definitely room for improvement. Although it tastes amazing (really – it does!) I got a few comments from people who had made it asking for an even healthier version – and here it is! I kept pretty much the same ingredients, but added a couple of nutritional extras and substituted a few others. Healthy Double Chocolate Chia Banana Oatmeal Recipe

I’ve been wanting to share this healthy breakfast recipe with you for so long now that I’m super excited to be finally publishing it! I eat this dish literally at least once a week, or even more so in winter when the only thing that makes me complete my early morning run is knowing that I get to enjoy a great big bowl of steaming hot double chocolate oatmeal when I get in.
