But with the ever-approaching bikini season creeping up on us, I thought you guys might appreciate a healthy homemade snack recipe – and here it is! Easy to make, packed full of nutrients, totally portable and unbelievably delicious – what else could you want?
Things have been rather chocolate-heavy around here lately. Last week I posted recipes for Double Chocolate Cheesecake Overnight Oats, The Best Ever Healthy Double Chocolate Brownies and Healthy Chocolate Fudge Green Smoothie. That’s a lot of chocolate in the space of only five days! That’s fine with a chocolate aficionado like me, but might not go down too well with some of you who don’t fall head-over-tail for chocolate.
If you stay at my house overnight, I’ll either serve you up a full English breakfast when you wake up, a seriously over-the-top pancake recipe or if I really like you, I’ll make you some overnight oats. No one has ever actually stayed at my house before – except My Official Treat Taster, but he sort of lives here, so I’m not sure if that counts – but if you were to stay here, I’d definitely make you overnight oats. Because you’re reading my blog and therefore I love you.
