How to Make Coconut Butter

I want to introduce you to my new favourite thing in the world. It’s deliciously sweet, wonderfully creamy, goes well with pretty much everything (as well as on its own!) and it’s even pretty good for you. That’s right – it’s coconut butter! Sugar-Free Vegan Lemon Curd
