Place all the ingredients for the salmon burgers into the bowl of a food processor and pulse several times until the salmon has broken down and the seasonings are mixed in. Don't pulse too much - you still want a few salmon chunks for texture.
Tip the salmon mix onto a clean counter and divide into 2. Mold each half into a patty using your hands.
Place a large non-stick pan over a medium-high heat and cook the burgers for 4 minutes on each side. While the burgers are cooking, stir together all the ingredients needed for the herb cream cheese and chill until needed.
Spread the herb cream cheese on top of the burgers and enjoy. Alternatively, add some lettuce, tomato and onion to your burgers and sandwich them inside a bun for a yummy, filling sandwich.
