Place a medium-sized non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add all the ingredients into your NutriBullet or another high-speed blender and blend for 1 minute until everything is completely broken down.
Pour the pancake batter into the frying pan (you can make your pancakes as big or as small as you want) and cook for around 2 minutes, until bubbles begin to appear on the surface.
Flip each of the pancakes over and cook for an additional 30 seconds on the other side, until golden brown. Serve immediately while hot.
