Over the last two months, the 30-Day Yoga Challenge for Beginners I posted in February, has been crazy popular. And since you love that post so much, I thought I’d start June 2016 off with another similar yoga challenge that we can do together. The 28-Day Yoga Challenge for Beginners!
The main issue I had with the other 30-day yoga challenge was finding 10-20 minutes free each day to do each video. Did you struggle with that, too? This 28-Day Yoga Challenge for Beginners is a little different in that you don’t have to do one video each day. Instead of being labelled day 1, day 2…they’re labelled session 1, session 2…so you can fit them in around your schedule and not feel bad if you miss a day or two.
The 28-day yoga challenge is done by the same company as the 30-day yoga challenge, Do You Yoga, and the videos are all intended for total yoga beginners, even more so than the first challenge I posted! This means all the instructions are really clear and the progress totally manageable. You’ve got plenty of time to listen to Kristin Mcgee – the yoga instructor – watch what she does and copy her before she moves onto the next pose.
You can do the 28-Day Yoga Challenge for free on YouTube or just scroll down to the bottom of this post where I’ve embedded the whole 28-day playlist. Simply complete each 10-20 minute video in the comfort of your own home whenever you’ve got the time and then move onto the next one. So much easier (and cheaper!) than going to the gym and paying extra to join a yoga class, right?!
You don’t have to do one video each day, but I recommend that you pick a schedule and stick to it. Whether you do one video every other day or just one video each week – you’ll achieve so much more if you’re consistent.
