Ready to get started? Here are the exercises that make up the flat stomach workout at home plan. Simply do each exercise the number of times indicated and get ready to feel the burn! In case you're unfamiliar with any of the exercises, you can click on the name of the exercise below and it will take you to a super helpful site that shows you exactly how to do it.

If you're new to core exercises, I recommend working through this flat stomach workout at home only once per day. If you push yourself too hard and do multiple rounds or try and do it several times each day, you're going to hurt your muscles and will likely get discouraged.

Believe me, this exact thing happens to me pretty much every time I start a new workout. I push myself too hard, hurt myself and then give up. I've since learned not to push myself so hard and have had much better results.

After 1 week or so, when your core muscles start developing and getting stronger, you can start doing multiple rounds of this workout in one go or repeating it several times each day. Whichever fits in better with your lifestyle.

So are you ready to get a killer flat stomach in time for summer with me? Let me know in the comments how your workout is going! If you need any help or motivation, I'm here for you! 🙂

Does this work for women like me who has had cesareans? Because I have tried everything except surgery...I refuse and I want to do this naturally.

      Hi Tiffany,
I'd love to be able to give you some definitive advice about this, but I honestly have no clue!

I had a cecersion too and I’ve been told by several trainers core exercises always help with the belly pooch.

Hi, I’m 16 years old. A girl who’s overweight. I’m trying this workout. How long will it take for me to get a flat belly? I am 145 pounds, 5’0, 16, and a female. I just want to know if this workout will get my body the way I need it to be by college in august.
