Why Should I Sleep on My Left Side?

You know my favourite thing about being a blogger? The crazy amount of stuff I learn. I knew I wanted to write about sleep (another of my favourite things!) today, so I was reading up about it online, looking for some inspiration as to what I could write about. I came across loads of articles claiming that sleeping on your left side is better than sleeping on your right. And you know what, silly as it might sound, it’s true!
