Why I Go to Bed Mad and Why You Should, Too

You know that saying, “You should never go to bed mad” which means that when you have an argument with your spouse you should argue it out and come to a conclusion? Wrong, wrong, wrong! More often than not, when I have an argument with my boyfriend – as in, a big full-on argument about something important (usually our relationship), not a tiny little row about what flavour frozen yoghurt we should order – I almost always go to bed before any conclusion has been reached. January 2016 Round-Up

There has been so much going on this month that I’m going to struggle to fit it into just one blog post! Sure, I spent a lot of time changing my old site to my new one, but there has been so much more going on than just that. Holiday planning, life organising and sticking to a new fitness routine I never thought I’d get into are just some of the things I’ve been loving this month.
