Using a sharp knife, score a line down the centre of each vanilla pod.

Unscrew the lid of the vodka bottle, pop the vanilla pods in the bottom and tightly screw the lid back on.

Store somewhere cool and dark for around 2-3 weeks, or until the vanilla flavor has fully infused. Remove the vanilla pods when you're happy with the flavor.
