½cupgluten-free rolled oats
1tablespoonbrown sugar(you can use a natural or artificial sweetener)
1tablespoonPB2
⅓cupunsweetened almond milk
⅓cupvegan yogurt(you can use Greek yogurt if your digestive system can handle it)
1tablespoonstrawberry jam
Instructions
Stir the oats, sugar, PB2, milk and yogurt together in a small bowl. Scoop into a jar or a container and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours to thicken and chill.
