Ingredients
½cuprolled oats
1tablespoonbrown sugaror a zero-calorie artificial sweetener
1tablespoonchia seeds
1tablespoonfat-free cream cheeseor a non-dairy cream cheese - see the blog post for a recipe
⅓cupfat-free sugar-free yoghurtor a non-dairy yoghurt
⅓cupskimmed milkor any non-dairy milk
4large strawberrieshulled and roughly chopped
Instructions
Place all the ingredients (except the chopped strawberries) into a small bowl and stir until combined.
Layer the oat mixture into the jar with the strawberries alternatively. You can do as many layers as you like.
Place in the fridge and leave for at least 4 hours to chill and thicken before eating.
