This healthy smoothie recipe is packed with delicious key lime flavor and has enough protein and fiber to keep you full until lunchtime! No weird, hard-to-find ingredients. Just simple, yummy ingredients you've probably already got at home.

Key Lime Greek Yogurt Smoothie with Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cold Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup cold skimmed milk
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon organic chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon stevia powder

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a high powered blender - I always use my Magic Bullet Nutribullet - and blend for 20 seconds, or until all the ingredients are totally combined and the chia seeds have been ground down.
  • Pour the smoothie into a serving glass and enjoy straight away whilst cold.

Notes

If your yogurt and milk aren't that cold, add a couple of ice cubes into the blender with the rest of the ingredients to chill the smoothie further.
You can prepare this smoothie in advance and keep it in the fridge inside a sealed container for up to five days. The smoothie will separate, but it will be fine if you stir it before drinking.
