Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup skimmed milk
  • cup fat-free natural yoghurt

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients together in a medium-size bowl and stir until everything is well combined.
  • Pour into a serving jar and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours for the oats to soften before serving.
