Skinny Single-Serving Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

whole-wheat flour

brown sugar

chocolate chips (milk
dark, white - whichever you want!)

baking powder

apple sauce

tablespoons

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F/175C and grease a small ramekin which can hold at least 1 cup in volume.
In a small bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
Scoop in the wet ingredients and stir.
Pour the batter into the greased ramekin and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, until the top is brown and crisp.
Leave for 5 minutes to cool slightly before enjoying hot.
