Healthy Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup natural yogurt
  • 1/3 cup skimmed milk
  • 1 tablespoon milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a medium-size bowl and stir well.
  • Pour into a single-serving jar and store in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours, before eating.
