Skinny Mug Brownie for One

Servings 1 serving


  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon milk chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons fat-free sugar-free yoghurt (you can use another type but it will have more calories)


  • Mix all the dry ingredients - flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and chocolate chips - together in a small bowl.
  • Add in the vanilla and yoghurt and stir until completely combined.
  • Scoop into a small microwave-safe ramekin and cook in the microwave for around 50 seconds if you want a deliciously gooey centre or 60 seconds if you want a spongier brownie.
  • Dig in whilst still warm!
