Healthy Chocolate Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300F/150C and line a baking tray with foil or parchment paper.
  • Stir all the ingredients together in a large bowl until everything is well combined.
  • Spread the mixture out evenly onto the lined baking tray and place in the oven for around 30 minutes.
  • Every ten minutes, open the oven and use a spoon to mix the granola up and turn it over so it crisps up nicely.
  • When the granola is crunchy and firm, leave to cool completely on the baking tray before breaking up and storing it in an air-tight container.
