Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate
Servings 1 delicious serving
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 3 tablespoons hot chocolate powder
- 2 squares of your favourite chocolate
- 1 tablespoon homemade salted caramel sauce + extra for topping
- whipped cream
Pour the milk into a mug and blast in the microwave for 1 minute.
Stir in the sugar and hot chocolate powder into the mug.
Drop in the chocolate squares and return to the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Stir well to ensure the chocolate is melted and stir in the salted caramel sauce.
Top with whipped cream and even more salted caramel sauce.
