Simple Moroccan Chickpeas

chickpeas
cooked and drained
½
tablespoon
paprika
½
tablespoon
ground cumin
½
tablespoon
ground ginger
½
tablespoon
tumeric
½
tablespoon
cinnamon
pinch black pepper
pinch salt
½
onion
finely sliced
1
clove
garlic
minced
¼
cup
raisins
½
cup
chicken/vegetable stock
Instructions
Mix all the spices together with the chickpeas.
Gently fry the onion in olive oil for about 5 minutes or until soft. Add in the garlic and cook for a further minute or until fragrant.
Stir in the chickpeas, raisins, and stock and bring to a boil for about 3 minutes.
Reduce to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce has reduced by half.
