Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon ground ginger
  • cup vanilla almond milk
  • cup Greek yoghurt (you can substitute lactose-free yogurt if you can't eat Greek yoghurt)

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into a small bowl and stir together. Scoop into a cute overnight oats jar (or any sealed plastic container) and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours to thicken.
