½cuprolled oats
1tablespoonbrown sugar
2dateschopped into small pieces
¼teaspoonground cinnamon
¼ teaspoonground ginger
⅛teaspoonground nutmeg
⅓cupskimmed milk(you can substitute any kind of milk)
⅓cupfat-free sugar-free natural yoghurt
½teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
