Hot Chocolate Overnight Oats

Celebrate Christmas at any time of the year with these hot chocolate overnight oats. A healthy breakfast that's the perfect balance of nutrition and indulgence, these chocolate overnight oats will have you listening out for the sound of reindeer hooves on your roof!

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon hot chocolate powder
  • cup yogurt
  • cup skimmed milk
  • 2 teaspoons chocolate chips
  • mini marshmallows


  • Place the oats, sugar, hot chocolate powder, yogurt and milk together in a small bowl or container. Stir until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Place the overnight oats in the fridge and leave to chill and thicken for at least 4 hours or up to 4 days.
  • When you're ready to eat, scoop the oats into a serving bowl and top with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
