Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Oatmeal - This is the stuff dreams are made of! It's healthy, it's filling and it tastes like dessert. I never thought I could eat cookie dough for breakfast and still be healthy, but with this recipe, you really can!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Oatmeal

  • ½ cup instant or rolled oats
  • ¼ teaspoon stevia powder
  • 1 cup skimmed milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chopped up sugar-free milk chocolate you can substitute ordinary milk chocolate
  • optional: extra oats for topping


  • Stir the oats, stevia, skimmed milk and vanilla extract together in a large serving bowl.
  • Place in the microwave and cook on full power for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from the microwave, stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Remove from the microwave and stir in most of the chopped up chocolate.
  • Sprinkle a few leftover chocolate pieces on top and extra oats, if using, before serving.
