This Lemon Chia Seed Smoothie is amazing! So sweet, thick and creamy with a delicious citrus kick. Definitely my favorite spring smoothie recipe. Plus it's packed full of fiber and other goodies from the chia seeds!

Ingredients

  • β…“ cup natural or Greek yogurt
  • β…“ cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon organic chia seeds
  • ΒΌ teaspoon stevia powder
  • juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a Magic Bullet Nutribullet or another high-power blender and blend on high speed for 20 seconds, until the ice has broken down and all the ingredients are totally mixed up.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy straight away whilst icy cold.
