Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter halved
  • cup yogurt
  • ¼ cup skimmed milk

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients - except ½ tablespoon peanut butter - into a bowl and mix until totally combined.
  • Scoop the mixture into a single-serving jar and top with the ½ tablespoon peanut butter.
  • Place the jar in the fridge overnight or for at least 8 hours.

Notes

Don't like chia seeds? Don't use them! You'll still get a wonderfully thick overnight oats texture without them. I just use them for added nutrition.
