In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the oats, cocoa powder, sugar and chocolate chips until everything is well combined.
Add in the yogurt and milk and stir again until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
Drop the cream cheese into the bowl in small dollops about the size of your smallest fingernail and stir again. Don't be too rough - you don't want to break up the cream cheese dollops.
Scoop the mixture into a small jar and place in the fridge overnight or at least eight hours.
When you're ready to eat, add a splash of milk if the oats are too solid and enjoy cold.
You can keep the oats inside a sealed jar in the fridge for up to one week. So if you plan ahead, you can prep Monday-Friday's breakfasts on the weekend and enjoy gorgeous overnight oat parfaits all week!
