Finely chop the bacon and toss it into a hot frying pan.
Cook for around 10 minutes and remove with a slotted spoon.
Add the brussels sprouts into the frying pan with the bacon grease and cook over a medium-high heat for 20 minutes, until the edges are crisp and the brussels sprouts are fully cooked through.
Add the cooked bacon and dried cranberries back into the pan and stir.
Cook for a final 5 minutes and serve immediately whilst hot.
