Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Cranberries

Ingredients

  • 4 slices smoky bacon
  • 2 cups halved brussels sprouts
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries chopped

Instructions

  • Finely chop the bacon and toss it into a hot frying pan.
  • Cook for around 10 minutes and remove with a slotted spoon.
  • Add the brussels sprouts into the frying pan with the bacon grease and cook over a medium-high heat for 20 minutes, until the edges are crisp and the brussels sprouts are fully cooked through.
  • Add the cooked bacon and dried cranberries back into the pan and stir.
  • Cook for a final 5 minutes and serve immediately whilst hot.
