Starbucks-Inspired Cinnamon Dolce Latte
coffee + extra syrup
for the cinnamon syrup
for the coffee
strong black coffee
optional: whipped cream and caramel curls for topping
In a saucepan over a medium heat, stir together the water, white sugar and ground cinnamon.
Leave to simmer for around 10 minutes, until the liquid has reduced by half.
In your favourite mug, stir together the coffee, milk and cinnamon syrup.
Top with whipped cream and caramel curls, if you want, then enjoy!
Store the extra syrup in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
