Vodka-Spiked Pink Velvet Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons vanilla vodka (or any other kind really!)
- ¼ teaspoon pink colouring
- whipped cream and red candy hearts for topping
Instructions
- Pour the milk into a microwave-safe mug with the white chocolate chips and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Stir to ensure all the chocolate chips are completely melted.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, vodka and pink colouring.
- Top with whipped cream and red candy hearts.
- Serve asap before the cream melts!
