Summer is my favorite season of all time. Most people love fall, with its long chilly nights, crisp golden leaves and awesome Starbucks flavors, but to me, fall doesn’t even hold a candle to summer. I’m for sun-kissed balmy evenings, lazy days at the beach and balcony BBQ parties all the way! One of the best things about this sunny warm season is that it gives me a chance to switch up my cooking routine and try new healthy summer dinner recipes.

I haven’t posted much savory stuff recently, so a lot of my summer recipes here are old ones. Some are as old as 5 years, since I started this blog in 2012. (Gasp!)
